Responsibilities

• Operate the concrete plant safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily plant checks and complete paperwork.
• Maintain product quality and report issues.
• Liaise with Orders, Distribution and mixer drivers.
• Ensure sufficient raw material stocks.
• Report plant defects and customer complaints.
• Carry out routine plant maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist fitting staff with breakdowns and maintenance.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
• Work at other locations as required.
