Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join a manufacturing business in the Coalville area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems.

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot issues during operation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.
• Document production activities accurately, including discrepancies or machine malfunctions.
• Previous experience in construction, production line, machine operating, trowelling, general labour, or as an FLT driver.
• Numerate, literate, and able to understand metric measurements.
• Willing to work in a hot, noisy, and dusty environment.
• Own transport is required due to the rural location.
