Job Description:

Job Purpose: This role involves working in the Loss Prevention department as a Uniformed Loss Prevention Security Officer, primarily in high-risk stores to prevent theft and handle conflicts professionally. You will support your Security Team Leader with training and development of retail colleagues in Loss Prevention activities.

Accountabilities:

1. Deploy to high-risk stores to identify, deter, disrupt, and apprehend theft offenders.
2. Monitor CCTV at designated stations.
3. Prepare detailed incident reports and gather evidence for prosecutions.
4. Act as a Loss Prevention Champion, conducting briefings and training.
5. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert for security initiatives.
7. Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Salary, Hours, and Requirements:

• Competitive salary
• Full-time permanent contract, 44 hours/week
• Must be fully flexible, working 5 out of 7 days with various shift patterns
• Ability to stand for long periods
