**Job Overview**. We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer/Concierge to join our client's team for approximately 3 months. The role is Monday to Friday, with shift patterns varying between day and evening shifts, so flexibility is required. The pay rate is £17 per hour, paid weekly. Immediate start available.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems.
2. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action.
3. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks.
4. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimise theft and damage.
5. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
6. Collaborate with local law enforcement during investigations or emergencies.
7. Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals on-site.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices.
2. Proficient in the use of CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
3. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
4. First aid certification is highly desirable.
5. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for reporting incidents clearly.
