As the first point of contact for our distinguished clientele, your role will be pivotal in ensuring a memorable and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting with their needs, ordering cabs, handling bags, and maintaining the impeccable standards synonymous with our brand.

Role Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome customers upon arrival
• Assist customers with ordering cabs, managing their belongings and anything to elevate their customer experience
• Provide information about our store and products
• Ensure a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment customers enter
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times

Your skills and experience

• A mature and well-presented individual
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident and friendly personality
• Previous Concierge experience in a similar role, such as at a luxury hotel or high-end retail environment, is highly desirable.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
