Job summary

COMO Metropolitan London is seeking a Concierge who is committed to excellence and passionate about guest experiences. You will manage requests for dining, transportation, and entertainment while maintaining a welcoming, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Proactive in approach with a service mindset.
• Good knowledge of London to assist guests.
• A full, clean driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of guest requests and complete them successfully.
• Provide friendly, efficient, courteous service on arrival and departure.
• Coordinate business services, luggage storage and rooming for guests.
• Work with Reception to ensure smooth Check-in and Check-out.
• Assist Head Concierge with day-to-day tasks and front door coverage.

We’re on the lookout for a Concierge who is committed to excellence, thrives in a team setting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Concierge, you will play a key role in helping run the concierge desk and is the first point of contact for guests; taking responsibility for managing and coordinating booking requests including but not limited to Restaurant, Bar, Club, Car Hire, Chauffeur Service, and Theatre shows.

What You Will Do:

• Take ownership of guest requests and follow them through to successful completion.
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service upon arrival and departure to ensure our guests first and last impressions of the hotel are memorable.
• Coordinate and manage requests from hotel guests in relation to business services, luggage storage, and rooming.
• Work closely with the Reception team making sure the Check in Check out process is smooth and efficient.
• To assist the Head Concierge with day to day tasks and cover the front door when required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Proactive in approach with a self-driven attitude.
• You will have excellent social interaction and communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• You are knowledgeable of London in order to assist guests with their bearings and meeting their requirements.
• A working knowledge of Opera would be advantageous, although not essential.
• You hold a full, clean driving license (as you may be asked to assist with the parking of guests cars).
