REGATTA is seeking a Sales Assistant for our Blue Diamond store in Bicester, working 15 hours per week. You will take full ownership of the concession and deliver personalised advice to customers in a friendly, inviting environment.

You will benefit from the Trailblazers retail development programme and a supportive regional team while contributing to great customer experiences and sustainable store performance.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver a first-class customer experience, tailored to people's individual needs
• Help to maximise sales within your concession area within store
• With your warm personality and enthusiasm, your Concession will always be friendly and inviting to both regular and new customers
• Deliveries will be processed and clothing and accessories will be replenished and displayed with your intuitive merchandising skills
• Your in-depth product knowledge of feature and benefits allows you to provide expert advice on what customers need for all their adventures
