REGATTA is hiring a Senior Sales Assistant for our Notcutts store in Oxford, 35 hours per week. You’ll take full ownership of your concession, deliver personalised advice, and help maximise sales while providing a first-class customer experience.

Previous retail experience is essential, however training will be given. You’ll join a friendly, diverse regional team and benefit from our Trailblazers development programme and staff perks.

• Deliver a first-class customer experience tailored to individual needs.
• Help to maximise sales within your concession area within store.
• With your warm personality, your Concession will be friendly and inviting to both regular and new customers.
• Deliveries will be processed and clothing and accessories replenished and displayed with merchandising skills.
• Your in-depth product knowledge allows you to advise on what customers need for adventures.
