We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and motivating Manager to lead our client's exceptional team at a luxury concession within one of London’s most iconic department stores. Embrace this opportunity to unleash your inner artist while driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences!

Position: Concession Manager (Luxury beauty)

Contract: Temporary, up to 4 weeks

Location: Oxford Street

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience that resonates with our community.
  • Implement brand retail standards and practises to drive operational efficiency and brand consistency.
  • analyse sales data and customer feedback to enhance store performance and satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and stakeholders to enhance our retail presence.

Sales and Performance Management

  • Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team to set and achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stock team for optimal product availability.
  • Create and manage store rotas efficiently.

Customer Engagement and Experience

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
  • Lead the development and execution of in-store events and promotions that resonate with our brand.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Team Development and Coaching

  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, instilling our core values and standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, encouraging open communication and mutual support.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for individual and team growth.

  • Proven experience in a management role within the luxury retail industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching and developing a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers and team members.
  • A passion for the beauty industry.
  • Successful track record in driving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends (IMPORTANT).
  • Skilled at building collaborative, positive business relationships at all management levels.
  • Confident and hands-on leader.
  • Motivating and inspiring to those around you.
  • Well-presented and embodies the brand’s aesthetic.
