Job summary

REGATTA is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our Grosvenor garden centre store team in Chester, working 10 hours per week. The role focuses on delivering a personalised customer experience and owning your concession, with training provided if you lack prior retail experience.

You will merchandise displays, replenish stock, and use product knowledge to advise customers on outdoor adventure needs. A supportive team environment and development opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is essential, however training will be given.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience and tailor service to individual needs.
• Merchandising and replenishment of clothing and accessories.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver a first-class customer experience, tailored to people's individual needs
• Help to maximise sales within your concession area within store
• With your warm personality and enthusiasm, your Concession will always be friendly and inviting to both regular and new customers
• Deliveries will be processed and clothing and accessories will be replenished and displayed with your intuitive merchandising skills
• Your in-depth product knowledge of feature and benefits allows you to provide expert advice on what customers need for all their adventures
