Qualifications

• Up to 7 years into your creative career with a portfolio showing ideation and short-form copy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and format-aware copy across channels.
• Deep knowledge of advertising formats for OOH, social, and short-form content.
• Script and brief writing ability with clear articulation.
• Strong visual sense and ability to think in images and words.
• Collaborative, ego-free mindset and receptiveness to feedback.
• Confident in presenting and defending ideas to stakeholders.
• Experience writing for short-form video formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Film production experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop original campaign ideas across formats — OOH, social, and short-form video.
• Write hooks, headlines, scripts, and briefs tailored to channel and audience.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to execute campaign assets.
• Adapt copy across formats for OOH, paid social, organic content, and video.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure concepts are ambitious and executable.
• Work solo or in a team, contributing and guiding direction.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, storyboarding, and rapid concept exploration.
• Maintain a strong visual aesthetic and ensure copy supports overall campaign direction.
