KAYAK in London is seeking a Conceptual Designer to join a new creative hub covering UK and EMEA. You will set a creative vision and translate briefs into bold, visual campaigns across OOH, social, and short-form video.

We value a strong portfolio, art direction skills, and the ability to collaborate with writers, editors, and production partners. The role is based in our London office three days a week, with opportunities to work across global brand projects.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing art direction and visual storytelling across formats.
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns (OOH, social, video).

Responsibilities

• Conceive and develop original visual concepts for multi-channel campaigns across OOH, social, and short-form video.
• Own the visual direction from concept through final execution and production adaptation.
• Collaborate with a Conceptual Copywriter to build a London-based integrated creative hub.
• Translate briefs and brand strategy into visually compelling concepts that stand out.
