• Teach Computing to Key Stages 3, 4 & 5
• Lead development of resources, syllabuses, schemes of work, and assessment strategies
• Support the leadership team in achieving departmental goals
• Promote the school's vision, values, and ethos
• Maintain and elevate standards across the academy
• Stay updated with national teaching practices and departmental developments
• Contribute to broader school activities
• Manage departmental planning
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Strategically plan for key transition areas
• Assist with recruitment, exam entries, budget monitoring, performance evaluation, and staff development
