Curriculum Lead Computer Science
Slough, Berkshire Full Academic Year () TLR 1b Available

Loyal Blue Recruitment is proud to be supporting a forward-thinking secondary school in Slough with their search for a Curriculum Lead in Computer Science for the upcoming academic year.

This is a temporary, full-time position starting from 1st September 2025, running through to the end of the 2025/2026 academic year.

The Role

This is a key leadership position within the Computing department. The successful candidate will:

  • Teach Computer Science across KS3, KS4, and KS5

  • Lead on curriculum planning, development, and delivery

  • Support and develop classroom teaching across the subject area

  • Carry out general responsibilities including marking, assessment, and department leadership

  • Receive a TLR 1b for their leadership responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience

  • Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science and ICT

  • Experience teaching up to KS5 is essential

  • Proven ability to lead, plan, and deliver a curriculum

  • A commitment to high standards and positive student outcomes
