Sciensus is hiring a Compounding Inventory Operative in Burton upon Trent. You will manage inventory accuracy across compounding operations, investigate stock issues and support financial controls while collaborating with quality, procurement and finance teams to safeguard medicine supply.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, analysis, administration, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Experience with WMS and ERP platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root cause investigations.
• Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power BI.
• Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders across departments.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Understanding GMP, GDP or regulated healthcare environments advantageous.

To help us be successful in our mission we are looking for a Compounding Inventory Operative to join our Warehouse & Compounding Teams.
40 hours per week / Site-Based / Perm Contract
As a Compounding Inventory Operative, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, availability and accuracy of inventory across our compounding operations. You’ll be responsible for investigating stock issues, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting financial controls, and helping ensure patients receive the medicines they need without interruption. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems and working collaboratively across operational teams

We’re particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Previous experience in reporting, analysis, administration, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Experience working with WMS and ERP platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause investigations.
