Matchtech is seeking an experienced Composites Engineer for a permanent role in Gosport. The position focuses on verification and validation of composite components, from coupon tests to large assemblies, including bonded and bolted joints and interfaces with metalwork.

You will contribute to problem-solving, present technical results at conferences and client meetings, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled Composites Engineer to join their team in Gosport. This permanent role will focus on the verification and validation of composite structural and non-structural components, ranging from coupon testing to large assemblies. The successful candidate will be involved in the development of bonded and bolted composite joints and the design of composite to metalwork interfaces.

Job Requirements

• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Essential Qualifications

BEng / MEng in Naval Architecture, Materials Engineering, or Mechanical/Structural Engineering, or equivalent knowledge from previous experience.
