Job summary

Tank Recruitment is seeking an experienced Composite Trimmer for a 3-6 month contract in Didcot, with an immediate start. You will trim and finish carbon fibre components, work from drawings and trim specifications, and collaborate with laminators and production teams.

Applicants should have 3-5+ years in automotive/high-performance manufacturing, strong carbon fibre experience, and be confident using trimming tools. Attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer / Composite Technician.
• 3-5+ years in automotive, motorsport or similar high-performance manufacturing.
• Strong experience working with carbon fibre composites.
• Confident using composite trimming and finishing tools.
• Able to work accurately to drawings and specifications.

• Trimming and finishing carbon fibre and composite components.

• Using hand and power tools to achieve accurate dimensions.
• Drilling, cutting, sanding and finishing composite parts.
• Carrying out visual and dimensional quality checks.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer / Composite Technician.
