INDMAN in Chippenham is seeking a skilled Composite Technician to join the manufacturing team. You will follow the composite process, laminating, trimming, cutting and curing for automotive, aerospace and defence sectors, ensuring quality and accuracy.

The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with a 9-day fortnight, training provided, and potential for growth within the expanding business. Salary £28,000–£35,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience following the composite manufacturing process including laminating, trimming, cutting and curing.
• Careful attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Ability to read and follow process instructions and work instructions.
