Qualifications

• Experience in a composites manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills across Engineering, Production and Quality.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve and support manufacturing processes for composite components.
• Collaborate with Design, Production and Quality to ensure repeatable, quality-focused manufacturing.
• Lead trials, validations and root-cause investigations and implement best practices.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process sheets and standards.
