Composite Laminator A growing and quality-focused composites manufacturer based in the Warwickshire area is seeking an Experienced Composite Laminatorto join their skilled team. Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of moulds and patterns for production
  
  
• Laminating composite components according to lay-up manuals and technical drawings
  
  
• Loading/unloading autoclaves and component breakout
  
  
• Working to tight deadlines without compromising on quality
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  
  

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on laminating experience, ideally within F1 or a Tier 1 supplier
  
  
• Skilled in producing Class A components
  
  
• Confident working on a range of complex parts
  
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• Comfortable with basic IT systems
  
  
• (Desirable) Experience with Mosite bag manufacture
