Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team at Silverstone seeks a dedicated Composite Laminator to join our high-performance manufacturing facility. You will laminate composite components, follow detailed work instructions, and support production quality for racing vehicles.

You will read technical drawings, set up materials and equipment, inspect finished parts, collaborate with the assembly team, and uphold safety standards while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in composite laminating, preferably in motorsport, F1 or aerospace industries.
• Knowledge of composite materials and their properties.
• Familiarity with hand layup and vacuum bagging techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong quality control mindset.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

We are looking for a dedicated Composite Laminator to join the team at our Silverstone facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the lamination of composite components, contributing to the overall production quality and efficiency of our racing vehicles. Your expertise will help maintain high standards while supporting the team's goals for performance and innovation.
