Job Description

Red Bull Racing & Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Composite Event Support Team Leader to join our Composites team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for those looking to lead and develop a high-performing team in F1, supporting both Race and Factory activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Composite Assembly and Event Support Group Leader and other Team Leaders to understand priorities and deadlines.
  2. Organise technicians and manage daily workloads to ensure high utilization and effective shift management.
  3. Troubleshoot planning and manufacturing issues, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  4. Coordinate staff overtime and extra shifts to handle workload demands.
  5. Ensure the quality of produced parts, identifying and correcting deviations from specifications.
  6. Maintain effective communication with shift personnel, the Nightshift Chargehand, Manufacturing Engineer, and other shift leaders.
  7. Meet production targets without compromising quality standards.
  8. Administer company policies and procedures consistently.
