Job Description:

Red Bull Racing & Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Composite Event Support Team Leader to join our Composites team at our manufacturing facility. This role involves leading a high-performing team supporting both Race and Factory activities, focusing on assembly, troubleshooting, quality control, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate with team leaders to understand priorities and deadlines.
  2. Organize technicians and manage daily workloads for optimal utilization.
  3. Resolve planning and manufacturing issues, providing feedback for improvements.
  4. Manage staff overtime and additional shifts as needed.
  5. Ensure the quality of produced parts, correcting deviations from specifications.
  6. Maintain effective communication with team members and shift leaders.
  7. Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  8. Apply company policies consistently.
