Job summary

Premier Nutrition, part of AB Agri, is seeking a Compliance Technician to join our quality teams at the Rugeley and Fradley sites. This permanent, full-time role starts with a salary of £26,000 plus pension matched up to 10% and flexible benefits.

It requires onsite work five days a week between Rugeley and Fradley, with hands-on quality control and health & safety tasks. You’ll learn on the job, traveling between sites with a pool car and supported by experienced colleagues.

Join the quality team at Premier Nutrition as a Compliance Technician, working across our Rugeley and Fradley sites. You'll have a mix of hands‑on quality control, quality assurance and health and safety work, moving between the factory and desk‑based tasks. You don't need prior experience in these areas: we'll teach you the technical processes on the job, with support from experienced colleagues at both sites.

What you’ll do

• Collect samples from raw material intake and finished goods and use our on-site equipment to verify materials against their documentation.
• Help with quality control and quality assurance activities across the two sites.
• Support compliance and health and safety work, working with people across quality and production.
• Learn the team's systems and processes as you go, including how product safety documentation is prepared.

What you’ll bring

• A willingness to learn, take a hands‑on approach and work with different people across the sites.
• A full driving licence so you can travel between Rugeley and Fradley. You do not need your own car; a pool car is available for journeys between sites.

Experience in quality, manufacturing, feed or food safety may be useful, but it is not required. This role could suit someone exploring which area of quality or compliance they want to develop in, as well as someone who enjoys a varied role.
