Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors within your geographical area.
- Manage property compliance across key risk areas at the branch level.
- Coordinate with Asset Managers to ensure all properties remain compliant.
- Order and maintain all certifications within required timescales.
- Monitor contractor works to ensure compliance and follow up on Asset Manager reports.
- File all certifications according to company policy.
- Submit HMO licensing documents.
- Complete Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) as required.
- Ensure all EPC ratings are current and maintain regulations.
- Stay updated on relevant health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers to complete internal compliance checks, including weekly fire alarm testing.
- Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.
- Conduct compliance audits on new properties within 10 days of integration.
- Build and manage contractor networks, ensuring compliance and accountability.
- Conduct HMO inspections with council officers.

Measures
- All properties remain compliant.
- Quality of contractor work as per audit results.
- Completion and quality of FRAs.
- Handover of compliant invested properties.
Location
- Based in Manchester, covering Liverpool.
- Travel to properties as required.
Training
- Complete NEBOSH qualification, funded by the company.
- Complete internal company training as required.
- Complete HHSRS training.
- Undertake any additional training if legislation changes.
