Job summary

Fareham Borough Council is seeking a Compliance and Service Surveyor to deliver planned maintenance programmes mainly covering Compliance and Servicing Contracts, with a range of small to medium projects for the housing portfolio.

You will take works from feasibility to delivery, procure, coordinate and project manage the full process, working from the Civic Offices or Council Depot within a compact local area.

Qualifications

• Building construction, building maintenance or project management background.
• Qualifications to at least HND level in Construction, Surveying or Building Management.
• Forthcoming qualifications or equivalent experience would be considered.
• Knowledge of Compliance activities such as FRA’s, Gas Servicing & EICRs, and general building trades.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of planned maintenance programmes, mainly Compliance & Servicing Contracts.
• Supplemented by a range of small to medium-size projects for the housing portfolio.
• Procure, coordinate and project manage the complete process from feasibility to delivery and completion.
