Job summary

Argyll Community Housing Association Limited is seeking a Compliance Property Assistant to support the delivery of the property investment strategy, maintaining and analysing property information to guide investment and maintenance decisions. They will ensure compliance with legislative, contractual and regulatory standards affecting property management.

The role offers location flexibility across Argyll and Bute, 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).

The successful post holder will assist in the delivery of the Association's property investment strategy, maintaining, cleansing and analysing accurate and comprehensive property information to allow informed judgements about short and long term investment and maintenance decisions, ensuring the group complies with all legislative, contractual and regulatory standards associated with the Association's property management.
