Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to own regulatory monitoring and product compliance across international markets from our Poole office. You will handle UK and international packaging regulations such as CLP and REACH, ensuring policies and practices meet required standards and supporting expansion into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to applicable UK and EU legislation, regulations, industry standards and internal requirements.
• Assess the impact of regulatory developments and recommend updates to policies, processes and controls.
• Support product compliance across multiple international markets and product categories.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, monitoring activities, testing, audits and control reviews.
• Identify compliance gaps and document findings clearly.
