Qualifications

About the role

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations fully comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. You'll work closely with operational teams to monitor safety practices, conduct audits, provide training, and support continuous improvement in workplace safety culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in safety and operations, with strong knowledge of health and safety legislation including but not limited to COSHH requirements.
  • NEBOSH and/or IOSH certification would be a benefit, but support with this can be provided for the right person.
  • Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word.
  • Motivational and leadership abilities to influence a positive safety culture.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and innovative approach with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
