Job Description:
  • Ryanair Engineering, delivered by PAML, has an exciting opportunity within the Compliance Department for the position of Compliance Monitoring Engineer to join our base maintenance team in Prestwick.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring that policies, procedures, and processes are aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Carrying out independent quality audits of the facilities, procedures, vendors, and airworthiness standards of the organization in accordance with an audit program devised by the CMM.
  • Maintaining knowledge of maintenance requirements and standards, including PART-145 approval, to ensure effective and comprehensive audits.
  • Completing Non-Conformity Reports for areas where non-compliance with PART 145, MOE, or technical procedures is identified, and supporting the closure of these reports.
  • Assessing regulatory requirements to ensure minimum compliance is maintained.
  • Working with all value streams within the business to support change.
  • Supporting various compliance-related activities, including continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of EASA & UK regulations related to maintenance, operation, engineer licensing, and certification.
  • Experience working in an aircraft/component maintenance organization.
  • Basic understanding of quality and continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to change with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to plan and meet deadlines independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Permanent contract.
