A dynamic and growing insurance services platform based in the heart of London, this organisation partners with both established players and innovative start-ups to help launch and scale MGA businesses.
Your new role
As the Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the compliance framework for both the business and its MGA clients. Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance and Risk, you will lead key compliance initiatives, provide expert regulatory advice, and support governance and oversight functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role with a clear path for progression.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong background in regulatory compliance within the insurance sector. You should be confident in developing and implementing compliance frameworks, monitoring regulatory developments, and advising stakeholders on their implications. Experience in supporting governance and risk management processes is essential, as is the ability to manage compliance monitoring programmes and audits. You will also be expected to review insurance products and distribution arrangements from a regulatory perspective, ensuring that conduct risk and product governance requirements are met.
