Job summary

One Ten Associates, in partnership with a private debt fund, seeks a Compliance Manager to own day-to-day compliance and risk. You will work closely with leadership to expand the programme, maintain policies, and oversee controls across onboarding and trading.

The role suits a compliance generalist with 3–6 years’ experience in an investment manager or top consultancy, with exposure to private debt or private markets. Independent ownership and process-building are valued in a growing business.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in compliance within an investment manager or top consultancy.
• Exposure to private debt, private credit or broader private markets is valuable.
• Able to own processes and build compliance controls independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the compliance monitoring programme and governance docs.
• Oversee UK and US regulatory requirements, including reporting and horizon scanning.
• Lead AML, KYC and financial crime controls across onboarding of investors and counterparties.
• Manage trading and employee-related compliance controls including personal-account dealing.
• Build and oversee the firm’s risk framework (ICARA, risk register, controls and reporting).
