Job summary

Matched Group is seeking a Compliance Manager for a hands-on delivery role focusing on GDPR, data protection, and ISO27001 compliance. This position is remote with monthly travel to Reading area, offering the chance to embed compliance across the business.

You will lead GDPR operations, act as DPO, maintain ISMS artefacts, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product to enable growth while ensuring trusted compliance programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, information governance and data protection.
• GDPR ownership in SaaS or regulated environments.
• Experience as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).
• ISO27001 audit readiness and maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead GDPR and data protection operations, processes and documentation.
• Act as DPO and advise on compliance.
• Maintain ISO27001 and ISMS artefacts.
• Oversee internal compliance policies whilst supporting customer and vendor compliance activities.
• Ensure compliance is trusted by Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Product.
• Manage compliance plans and enable business growth.

Location - remote with travel to Reading Area once a month
