Job summary

Project Partners in Oadby, Leicester, is seeking a part-time Compliance Manager to join a close-knit team. The role focuses on managing the company's compliance systems in line with CAA regulations across approvals.

The position offers flexible hours, 3 days per week, and a pro rata salary of £35k-£40k depending on experience. Remote options are available and training to become a nominated person may be provided.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in compliance monitoring and/or quality assurance.
• Relevant compliance management qualifications.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong task management.
• Ability to manage own time according to workload.
• Aviation sector experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CAA or EASA regulations desirable; training provided.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations desirable.
• Health and Safety management desirable.

Compliance Manager (part-time)

Location: Oadby, Leicester (remote options available)

Type: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: (phone number removed)pm, 3 days per week

Salary: £35k-£40k pro rata pending candidate experience

Project Partners are now recruiting for a part-time Compliance Manager to come and join a close knit and well-established team based in the Oadby, Leicester office on a flexible basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the company's compliance systems in accordance with the requirements of CAA regulations across the companies CAA approvals.

Candidate requirements:

• 5 years' experience within compliance monitoring and or quality assurance
• Relevant compliance management qualifications
• Management / Leadership skills and strong task management skills
• Be able to manage their own time based on work demands and deadlines
• Experience within the aviation sector would be an advantage (desirable)
• Working knowledge of CAA or EASA regulations (desirable however a successful applicant will undergo relevant training to be accepted by the authority as a nominated person.)
• Experience and or knowledge of data protection regulation and compliance (desirable)
• Health and Safety management (desirable)
