Job summary

MTrec Limited is seeking a Compliance Manager for a manufacturing business. You will ensure products align with industry regulations, quality control metrics and safety standards, and lead ISO 9001 audits while supporting ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 initiatives.

You will manage regulatory tracking, policy governance, and training programs; educate staff on compliance responsibilities; and drive continuous improvement in quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or relevant experience in Compliance or Quality Management Systems or Engineered Product Manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products align with industry regulations, quality control metrics and safety standards.
• Lead ISO 9001 audits and support ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 initiatives.
• Manage regulatory tracking, policy governance and certification tracking.

The Role

• The main focus of the role is ensuring the company's products align with industry regulations, quality control metrics and safety standards.
• Will involve ISO 9001 and all audits.
• You will also help implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Also, ISO 27001.
• The successful applicant will be involved in quality assurance, regulatory and certification tracking and policy management.
• Educate the staff on their responsibility in relation to compliance and quality control.
• Develop and roll out effective training in relation to quality compliance.

The Person

• You will demonstrate excellent customer and supplier quality skills together with strong problem-solving skills within the manufacturing industry.
• Educated to degree level or relevant experience in Compliance or Quality Management Systems or Engineered Product Manufacturer.
• Can deal with people at all levels.
• Technical/Engineering background.
• Experience with ISO 9001 would be preferred.
• Experience ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 would be preferred.
• ISO 27001 experience preferred.
• Excellent communication/IT skills.
• Ability to self-manage.
• Must have attention to detail.
• Proven experience in compliance management.
• Take responsibility for personal development.
