Job summary

Une organisation non lucrative internationale recherche un Compliance Manager pour diriger la transformation de la conformité en réponse aux réglementations ESG en évolution. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion des risques, avec de solides compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes. Ce rôle hybride de 6 mois nécessite une expertise en réglementation et permettra de promouvoir une culture de conformité au sein de l'organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ ans en conformité, audit ou gestion des risques.
• Expérience en projets de transformation réglementaire.
• Compréhension solide des normes ESG et des cadres de conformité.

Responsibilities

• Diriger des projets de transformation de la conformité et mise en œuvre des politiques.
• Interpréter les réglementations liées aux ESG et traduire en cadres actionnables.
• Développer des systèmes de suivi et réaliser des audits internes.

Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in sustainability and compliance? A leading international non-profit is seeking a Compliance Manager with a strong background in change and transformation to help shape its compliance strategy in response to evolving global ESG regulations.

? About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and implementation of a compliance transformation programme, ensuring readiness for new regulatory regimes such as ESMA’s framework for ESG ratings providers. You’ll work across jurisdictions, interpret complex regulations, and embed best practices across the organization.

?️ What You’ll Do

• Lead compliance transformation projects and policy implementation
• Interpret ESG-related regulations and translate them into actionable frameworks
• Review and enhance the current compliance programme
• Develop monitoring systems and conduct internal audits
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and policy teams
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators
• Promote a culture of compliance through training and awareness

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in compliance, audit, or risk management
• Experience in regulatory change or transformation projects
• Strong understanding of ESG, operational risk, and global compliance frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and drive initiatives
