Job Description

Through a wealth of experience and knowledge Wincanton provides business critical services including storage, handling, and distribution; high volume eFulfilment; retailer 'dark stores'; two-person home delivery; fleet and transport management; and network optimisation for many of the UK's best-known companies.
The Compliance Manager plays a vital role in supporting, delivering and leading the teams in Right First Time; Compliance! The centre of excellence within the Wincanton EDF contract, working cohesively across 6 sites, supporting multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure the teams abide by the relevant legislation, Safe Systems of work, Business Continuity Plans and Standard Operating Procedures. Supported by an Auditor and Compliance Administrator, the role has further line management responsibilities.
Reporting into the contracts Health and Safety Manager.
Successful candidate will be required to obtain and maintain security clearance prior to commencing employment, this includes being able to provide a minimum of 3 years consecutive UK employment/education & residential history
