At Cavendish Nuclear, we’re working to create a safe and secure world. Join us as a Compliance Management Administrator at our Hinkley Point C site and be part of a major project with national significance.

The role

As a Compliance Management Administrator, you'll provide administrative support for the Learning and Development team, ensuring all staff within the MEH JV are suitably skilled and qualified.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining training records and managing course completion evidence
  • Producing monthly training reports and supporting data collection and entry
  • Sending and receiving training updates with MEH JV partners
  • Supporting onboarding teams with compliance and qualification requirements
  • Producing detailed joining instructions and establishing stakeholder relationships

This is a full-time role, 37 hours per week, with hybrid working arrangements (office/on-site and 2 days remote).

Essential experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to work with other software
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a high-volume administrative role
Security Clearance

Candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS security clearance. More details at GOV.UK.
