Victoria College of Arts and Design in London seeks a Compliance and Internal Audit Manager to oversee regulatory compliance and assurance activities across the institution. You will lead monitoring against OfS Conditions of Registration and coordinate internal audits to identify risks and strengthen controls.

You will report to governance committees, embed a culture of compliance, and coordinate with policy owners to align procedures with regulatory expectations.

Formación

• Candidate has strong knowledge of OfS Conditions of Registration and regulatory environment.
• Experience in planning and executing internal audits and assurance activities.
• Ability to develop monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate OfS registration monitoring and Condition C compliance.
• Develop and manage internal audit programme and assurance reviews.
• Prepare audit reports with findings, risks and action plans.
• Monitor implementation of management actions from audits and regulatory reviews.
• Produce regular compliance and assurance reports for governance bodies.
• Support external audits, inspections, and regulatory scrutiny.
