Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking a Compliance Engineer in Leamington Spa to drive quality, safety and environmental standards across the business. You will audit against ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, maintain management systems, monitor legislation, and provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

This permanent role offers ownership of a broad compliance remit and the chance to contribute to a growing organisation while supporting audits and site-wide improvements.

Qualifications

• Audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Maintain and improve management systems and compliance processes.
• Monitor legislation, regulations and industry requirements.
• Provide guidance on legislative and regulatory compliance matters.
• Maintain compliance records, procedures and supporting evidence.
• Identify non-compliance and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Support environmental, health and safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of packaging regs, WEEE and Batteries regulations.
• Assist audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and support internal and external audits against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Maintain, develop and continually improve management systems and compliance processes.
• Monitor relevant legislation, regulations and industry requirements.
• Provide guidance across the business on legislative and regulatory compliance matters.
• Maintain compliance records, procedures, documentation and supporting evidence.
• Identify non:compliance and work with teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support environmental, health and safety, quality and wider regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of packaging regulations, the WEEE Directive and Batteries Regulations.
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their potential impact.
• Support compliance assessments, audits, inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel to other sites as required to undertake audits and support consistent compliance standards.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood.
• Promote a positive culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
