• Qualified lawyer with compliance and regulatory experience gained in-house and/or private practice.
• Strong background in ethics and compliance, including investigations, third-party risk, and anti-corruption programmes.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, automotive, chemicals, energy, or related sectors.
• Pragmatic, commercially minded approach with stakeholder management skills.
• Private Practice background and in-house experience required.
