Overview

Are you someone who enjoys problem-solving and seeking process improvement? You’ll be known as a Compliance Assistant working in our Customer Experience Team where you’ll play a key role in how we test and measure our processes and products to ensure they are crafted to deliver effective customer outcomes.


How you'll make an impact

You’ll offer support to the business by seeking ways to improve performance, efficiencies, compliance standards, operational processes and customer experience. You’ll be working with our Customer Experience Manager on a range of projects and improving our relationship with our support team in India.

  • Carry out internal systems testing for new and enhanced documents, products or services
  • Raise significant compliance/operational issues to management, supporting with root cause analysis and effective solutions
  • Support regular review of business units, business processes and company activities to ensure adherence to policies, procedures and regulations
  • Assist in developing and implementing an effective compliance culture throughout Gallagher

About You

  • You work well independently and off your own initiative
  • You’ll be able to communicate efficiently with people across the business via phone and email correspondence
  • You have experience using MS Office
  • You are analytical and can demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
