Warwick District Council is seeking a senior compliance lead to manage building safety and property compliance across key risk areas in a large organisation. You will lead the compliance and business development teams, oversee contracts, surveys, risk assessments and remedial works, and ensure robust data, reporting and audit processes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience of property compliance management within a large or complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of relevant building safety and health and safety legislation.
• Effective people manager with excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
