An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding European hedge fund.

The firm has been established for several years and is currently experiencing significant growth, including adopting new strategies and increasing AUM.

The Compliance Analyst will handle all aspects of compliance in a generalist role. Working within a team of four and reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), responsibilities include monitoring, surveillance, and advisory tasks. The company values collaboration and offers opportunities to participate in various projects across different functions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compliance experience, preferably within a buy-side firm. Candidates from sell-side backgrounds with relevant skills will also be considered.
