Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding European hedge fund.

They have been established for a number of years and are now experiencing an exciting growth phase, taking on additional strategies and significantly increasing AUM.

The Compliance Analyst will handle all aspects of compliance for the firm in a generalist role. Working as part of a team of 4 and reporting directly to the CCO, you will be involved in PA dealing, monitoring, surveillance, and advisory responsibilities. The firm is collaborative, and there will be opportunities to participate in various projects across different functions.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of compliance experience, preferably within a buy-side firm. Strong candidates from sell-side backgrounds will also be considered.

The fund offers a competitive compensation package, with base salary and bonuses significantly above market standards. As the firm expands globally, there will be opportunities for relocation to other offices for high performers.
