We are seeking a safety compliance professional, with an emphasis on Electrical and Lift Safety, to ensure our properties remain fully compliant with regulations through regular servicing and maintenance. Working within a small, friendly team, you will manage programmed works, inspections, and compliance programmes, ensuring timely completion, overseeing remedial actions, and maintaining accurate records. You will review and amend processes as needed, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed of any changes. As our Building Safety Compliance Advisor, you will provide technical support and guidance on compliance matters, monitor and analyze compliance data, and report findings to colleagues, customers, and contractors.
