Job Description

My client is a highly reputable and well known company across the UK providing support and service to businesses in an advisory capacity. Due to further expansion and an increase in business, they are recruiting for at least one further Diploma qualified consultant (or near) to join their team in the central belt.

The main responsibilities of the job will be to look after a given base of clients, provide them with support, monitor and review their business, ensuring compliance standards are met and enhanced in line with regulations. You will daily be building relationships with your clients, getting to grips with the company functions and advising as how best your services can assist. You will create appropriate programme of visits to meet the monitoring requirements of Clients through effective planning, organisation and time management. Along with this you will prepare and produce quality monitoring reports and documents for them and also maintain accurate reports. With your expert knowledge, you will provide support during legislation and regulatory change. Another part of the job will be to participate in preparing and delivering training presentations at regular client events.

To be considered you must be Dip PFS level 4 (or equivalent / close to) qualified and have an in-depth knowledge of FCA requirements with a high standard of technical compliance knowledge. Either as an adviser previously or a compliance position.
You will have a proven track record managing your time and task load which will be vital due to the independent nature of the job.
The client facing focus of this role requires first class and confident communication skills along with an excellent ability to demonstrate complex issues to individuals.
