Compliance Administrator

The role involves ensuring the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards related to property management, maintenance, and safety. You will support legal, regulatory, and operational integrity across the business.

How will you be the change?

Every role is vital in delivering peace of mind to our customers. As a Compliance Administrator, you will:

  • Review statutory and mandatory compliance paperwork for engineers and subcontractors.
  • Address issues with incomplete or incorrect documentation.
  • Upload documents to client portals.
  • Maintain compliance logbooks for all clients.
  • Send paperwork to relevant managers and engineers.
  • Run daily reports on overdue compliance paperwork.
  • Assist the compliance team as needed.
What does it take?

To succeed, you should have:

  • Experience with CAFM and job management systems like Concerto and Job Logic.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance in property services.
  • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Reliability and good time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Working arrangements

We offer flexible working practices. This role is part-time, 32 hours per week, working Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, primarily office-based.
