BEYOND EDUCATION RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a meticulous Compliance & Administration Officer to support our Westerham-based team. You will manage compliance records, document control and admin duties, ensuring processes meet legal, regulatory and internal standards.
The role handles sensitive information with discretion, coordinates onboarding, reviews documentation and keeps records up to date. We offer 30 days annual leave, birthday leave, a workplace pension and free parking.
Location: Westerham, TN16 due to our location and limited public transport links, applicants will need access to reliable personal transport.
Salary: £24,000 £28,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am 4:00pm Friday. During the summer holidays, hours are 8:00am 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Compliance & Administration Officer to join our growing team.
This is a varied role combining compliance coordination, document management and general administrative support. You will help ensure that employee records, policies and working practices remain accurate, up to date and compliant with relevant legal, regulatory and internal requirements.
The successful candidate will be confident working with sensitive information, managing competing priorities and communicating professionally with colleagues, candidates, clients and external organisations.
Maintain accurate compliance records, databases and document-control systems.
Complete compliance checks and monitor outstanding information.
Support employee and candidate onboarding processes.
Request, review and securely file identification, qualifications, references and other required documentation.
Monitor document renewal and expiry dates, following up as required.
Support data-protection and confidentiality requirements, including the secure handling of records.
Respond to routine compliance enquiries and escalade concerns appropriately.
Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, data entry, filing, meeting coordination and document preparation.
Work with managers and colleagues to promote good compliance practices throughout the organisation.
Previous experience in compliance, administration, document control or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident using online systems, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
Able to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
Comfortable managing confidential and sensitive information.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with limited supervision.
A practical, dependable and proactive approach to work.
Previous experience within the recruitment industry.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory or quality standards.
Familiarity with GDPR and UK data-protection requirements.
Experience using compliance, CRM or HR systems.
A relevant compliance, administration or business qualification.
A salary of £24,000 £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
