Job summary

Verdant Parks is seeking a friendly Complex Team Member for our Bar & Restaurant operations at Queensberry Bay Holiday Park, Annan. The role involves serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with day‑to‑day park operations, rising to meet guest expectations during the relaunch.

You’ll work across the bar and dining spaces, assist kitchen staff, and promote on‑site entertainment while delivering high standards of service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong numeracy and excellent communication skills required.
• Enthusiastic and approachable with a can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests with care in the bar and restaurant areas.
• Keep areas clean, well-stocked and tidy, and follow procedures.
• Support day‑to‑day operations across bar and kitchen and assist chefs as needed.
• Promote entertainment on offer and ensure a welcoming venue for all guests.

Salary: £8.85 per hour (age 16-17), £12.71 per hour (age 18+)

By supporting day-to-day operations across our bar and restaurant areas, working as part of a team, and getting things right first time, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest.

Our Bar & Restaurant Team are responsible for delivering the food, beverage and entertainment services on park. They serve food and drinks, assist the chefs in the kitchen, promote the entertainment on offer and ensure that the venue is a clean and welcoming place for all our customers! The role is key to ensuring our customers can relax, dine and enjoy the entertainment activities they are expecting.

We are seeking someone with previous experience in a similar role, or the ability to learn quickly. You will be enthusiastic and approachable, with strong numeracy skills and excellent communication skills.
